Here at Konall Culture Exchange we offer a comprehensive selection of intensive Mandarin immersion programs designed to maximize your educational value while giving you the greatest possible depth of cultural experience. All of our programs offer private instruction and include accommodation in a Homestay or Private Apartment, books, transportation in the PRC, activities, and excursions. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced student, KCE has the best program to rapidly improve your oral and written Mandarin Chinese.

KCE is the ONLY language training institute in China that exclusively offers one-on-one Mandarin instruction. Mandarin pronunciation and tones can be very intimidating to both the beginner and the advanced student alike, perhaps there is no other language that is so dependant upon absolutely proper pronunciation in order to be understood. The precision required to speak intelligible Mandarin takes years in standard classroom environments where the instructor only has so much time to correct each students pronunciation and tones. At KCE we provide an alternative, by receiving individual instruction you are assured that you will get the attention you need to develop a strong foundation in proper pronunciation and tones,and make amazing progress in intermediate and advanced levels as well.

Summer Immersion and Summer Semester Programs- If you are looking for a traditional university setting and a program that includes intensive mandarin language classes as well as formal history and culture classes with lots of activities, trips, and a travel component that includes the most famous places in China,this is the program for you.

Monthly Intensive Program (1-12 months)- This is our most popular program and makes for a great Summer Intensive study abroad program.For those students looking for an intensive and flexible program that provides 20 hours per week of total immersion language training with a private teacher, focusing on practical language elements with regular activities and excursions, accommodation, books, VISA services, and transportation in the PRC.

HSK Track Programs (6-24 months)- These specially designed courses are the most intensive Mandarin language program available. Complete immersion and 20 hours per week of PRIVATE instruction form the optimal environment for turbo-charging your oral and written Mandarin Chinese with HSK proficiency certification in mind. The program includes regular activities and excursions, accommodation, books, VISA services, and transportation in the PRC.

Culture Exchange (2 weeks to 6 months)- For those students whose primary goal is to experience Chinese culture firsthand while building a foundation in Mandarin, the Culture Exchange program combines lots of fun activities and excursions with 10 hours of Chinese classes a week in a unique Homestay environment. The program includes regular activities and excursions, accommodation, books, VISA services, and transportation in the PRC.

Flex-Stay- The program that allows the greatest amount of flexibility. Any length of stay is acceptable and can be extended on a month to month basis. This program allows you to choose your own course schedule and intensity, or select additional areas of study including intensive Tai Chi, Wu Shu, Culinary Arts, Chinese Medicine, or Business and Media internships.
