Our provate apartment accommodation option offers you spacious, modern, and comfortable housing for the duration of your program.Our apartments are fully furnished with modern appliances including stove, refrigerator, heat/AC, TV/DVD,high-speed internet connection, washing machine, cooking utensils, bedding,etc. Each of our apartments is located within 15 minutes of the institute in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to downtown with easy access to public transport, shopping, and entertainment districts. The program fee includes all of your utilities and maintenance, excluding long-distance telephone calls.

Why stay in a private apartment?

Living in a private apartment gives you the maximum amount of freedom and privacy, and allows you to focus entirely on your studies. In our experience this option is the best for older students or those who are used to living on their own and might feel restricted by the "family life" of a Homestay environment. We also offer a VIP package that includes a maid who will provide daily cooking, cleaning, shopping, laundry, and other assistance.
