Each of our carefully screened and oriented Host Families will provide you with a private room and three meals a day in thier home. All of your needs are provided, and Host Family homes all have hot water, AC/Heat, TV/DVD, modern appliances,and the large majority have high-speed internet connections and computers in their homes.During your stay with a Chinese family you will find that Chinese people are among the most hospitable in the world. They will go to great lengths to please you and make you feel at home. As an honored guest you will have a very special opportunity to learn about Chinese culture firsthand as you are included in every aspect of their lives.

Why is Homestay free?

The Homestay accommodation package is entirely FREE, your room and all meals are provided by a wealthy Chinese family that is interested in exposing themselves and their child to foreign cultures and fluent English speakers. You will find Chinese people to be among the most hospitable in the world and they will go to great lengths to ensure your happiness and comfort. In exchange, you should be respectful of Chinese culture, and the personal members of the family. Treating their home like a hotel would be very offensive. Aside from being respectful, you should plan on spending a couple of hours a day interacting with the family, including chatting, meals, and helping thier child learn English.
