KCE practices an all-inclusive pricing and scheduling scheme that keeps things simple and affordable for all students. You are free to choose your own start and end dates as well as your daily class times. Our average student stays 3,6, or 11 months and has two hours of class before lunch, two hours of class after, and is usually assigned 2 hours of homework per night. This scheme, however, is just an average and is in no way mandatory... KCE can provide a program that starts whenever you want, for as long as you want.

The program fees include everything listed below. When comparing prices for intensive Mandarin programs , be sure to include all of the extras!

Acommodations

KCE offers a variety of housing options for our students. The most common choice, and the one we recommend, is Homestay. Homestay is FREE beyond a small enrollment fee and includes 2 meals a day and a private room with internet access. For students who do not wish to stay with a host family we can offer furnished apartments on a monthly basis. If you plan on staying for 4 months or longer you can rent your own apartment at a cheaper price than we can offer you. KCE staff will assist you in locating your own apartment at no cost if you choose this method.We also keep a list of students who are looking to share apartments, e-mail us for more info.
